| But I just wanted to say it felt great to finally get rolling Team Orange. For the first time all season, we played as a team and picked one another up, from top to bottom, everybody did their part and was accountable.
Amer- Playing huge all season so far and people will finally start to notice if we keep winning, huge performance in a must win Sunday.
Norman- Looking like Brian Urlacher on defense and doing everything on O from blocking to receiving to running to catching
Tyson- Holding down both sides of the line and REDUCED PENALTIES last week was HUGE. I told you to start the season our success is going to depend on you a lot, and you keep playing like that and the success will continue
Fadi- You dont put up 30+ points w/out your QB having time, you were great on the O Line
Laith: made one mistake early and did what I love to see by not making that mistake again and getting the ball back to Sal, way to stay in the game
Tuney- same as laith except on D, made one mistake by getting beat deep but came back and made the play of the game on that Pick, great game
Gabe- Another versatile performance, playing rusher, DB, backer, everything I asked and you did it all effectively
Brandon- I know I am asking some different things of you that are new to you, but you keep getting better and better and doing your job, I cant ask for more than that
Finally, Sal- you keep playing like that and the trade two weeks ago is going to be talked about like Charlotte trading Kobe after they drafted him for Vlade Divac. Great game
Justin- you will earn your time, just be patient

| Amer, I wasn't inferring that "everyone thinks Diddy sucks". You misread what I wrote. I said very definitively that he does not suck. The "despite what anyone thinks" line was referring to Chris Denha's catch. Go back and read it again. I'm not sure who you are talking to that thinks he blows, but I know your coach doesn't think that.
Let me shed some light on why Danny went 11th overall in this draft (and had he not gone with that pick, I would have scooped him up with the very next pick). First of all, he was THE MOST consistent player TEAM White had on defense. While Jordan was adjusting, Joey was hurt, and Nolan and I were having bad games, Diddy produced week in and week out. He played safety and corner, and lead our team in INT's. And never once was he out of position. His consistency was a big part of our D (a D that gave up the fewest amount of points in the league). Aside from that, he stepped in and played reciever while Joey was hurt. He filled in, and we went 4-0 in Joey's absence. And finally, the most important thing... he always listened and he was always positive. He will have a long career because of that last part.
He is not necessarily the most physically gifted, but there is always room for a consistent, versatile, positive player. That's why he went where he did. I'll take a team full of guys like him anyday before a talented group of individuals who have their own aggendas. And I think its reasonable to say that the majority of the league would agree with me.

| I'll take diddy on my team anyday. The year he played for me we went 9-1 and he was a huge part of that playing receiver and DB.
Like I always said as a coach i took the best plaqyers available, which dropped you down to a second round pick amer, which is also the round danny went in.
