| Well just as I predicted, the royal family went and woke those sleeping giants that I like to refer to as the bleached whites.All was well for the boys with Sean S. leading the way until there was about 7 minutes left to play.Although the whites had a depleted squad, missing The Bull, Guiney,and Robert, the regular joes stuck it to Swainer and the royal family.Craig S. sniped the only goal in the shootout and Terry J put on a stellar performance.Hey Swainer, I warned you about that yesterday in Elanor's post.
As for Toodles and his M&M's, 2 shorthanded goals did in the Green Machine who looked tired in the dying minutes.Are they holding back until next week or has their bubble burst ? It was a good game with lots of action. The play was carried by the Chinese import for the blues and by his brother Gary for the Green Machine. What kind of chinese name is Gary ?The Tank and Toodles battled each other most of the night and who can forget the acrobatics [or bad diving as I would call it] from the Devil's Kitchen hockey great that is Ian S.[ 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, ]. Andy K took some time to carve his name in the bench of the penalty box . He even went back a second time for some finishing touches.
I think that those bleached whites are gonna be a handful when they get everyone back. Who knows what will happen. Stay tuned for my predictions.
