| Congratulations again Royal Touch.
I have to mention that after both teams left the ice last night, some members of the real championship team posed with the 1st place trophy. I must admit that we were a much better looking group. That's me always looking at the brighter side of things.
Also I would like to commend both teams for an entertaining final game without any Darcy Tucker like instances. You all played with class and when the game was over , all hands drank together and it didn't matter what had happened. [Somebody did bring the championship trophy to the losers dressing room to rub it in but there's always one. That's all I have to say about that].
Blair and Jason are to be commended for their efforts between the pipes. Both made big saves all night.Neither of them have anything to hang their heads about.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the CEL executive and all CEL players for a funfilled year and hope to see you all next season. It's been my pleasure to be around such a classy crowd from HOME and it was time well spent. The organizers did a great job to give us a night out over the winter and to keep in touch withour friends[and enemies ha ha ]. Hopefully you few guys will have a league for us next year.
Keep your stick on the ice and good luck with the crabs. Note : Toodles crew will see a deduction in their 1st paycheck. Dickman broke off his stick last night.
Don't forget to go to the hall on Saturday for a gatch.
See you next year[ if I can get a new hockey bag. Only got 15 yrs out of this one].

| I'm thinking of retiring the Wartsy character. Does anybody have any suggestions as to whether I should keep the character alive for another season ?
Also, Big Phil where are you? Lots of dominion last night and the Tank had no backup for fashion questions.

| Well Wartsy, the fact that i missed the 2nd biggest night on the CEL calandar(saturday being #1) was truly disappointing. However it wasn't in vain as I aced my physics final as I hope to pump some of that oil in about 2 years and get some time to create a character such as Wartsy.
With that being said, Tank I hope you got a chance between gulps to hand out those VIP passes to the inagural TPS fashion show(Tank and Phil show for those of you still gatchin') which is being held at the gatchouse at a date to be announced later. Gord gotta get some slabs off of Graham to reshore the floor.
Anyways, congratulations to the Royal Touch on supreme victory.

| Wartsy HAVE to return next year and i think he should accept the job as a full time columnist for the CEL website. It's been very entertaining reading your posts this year and im looking forward to doin the same next year.
