Re-lineing Cars

As you said on your speaker,that if a lap isn't complete you have to put the cars back in the positions of the line-up of the green flag,which was done for the four's.Then right after that was announced & was done to those guy's,the eight's gets out there & the same thing happens to them,a caution was caused before a lap was complete,BUT there was no re-lineing of those.That rule must not apply to those drivers???
