Car 61 is always Berns favorite, because everything only runs on what is good for Car 61 like waiting for him to fix a tire last week, and letting him jump the restart about 2 cars lengths. But thats the way it is out in Avondale and always have been.

As the scorekeeper I can guarantee that the sheet is correct and has not been done wrong. If you doubt it why don't you come up to the tower, I will be glad to show you the results in person. I have nothing to hide. This is not meant to be nasty, just stating the facts.

Car 61 did not finish the race last sunday, he was on a tow truck. So how in the hell did he finish 3rd he never even crossed the finish line, so your sore sheet is WRONG. You can't finish 3rd if you don't finish at all.

He must have gotten out of his car & ran around the track, & beats Charlie Crowe, because he was suppose to be in 3rd,& he gets 7th.?

I heard from one of the drivers that got in that little acident that if Dowdon had to pull them across the line they would have gotten a better finish.Ches got pulled across the line by the tow truck.I don't think it's fair but if that's the way it got scored then why dont everybody when their car breaks down just put it on the dolley or trailor and haul it around the track. It's nothing but BULLSHIT I think.

that a good one by the score keeper stating the facts, the fact is that Car 61 always did and always will get the better end of the stick. It is impossible for somebody to get 3rd when they never finished the race. But then again the scoring papers never lie. Everybody in the stands and in the pits know that Car 61 did not finish. But the 5 people in the tower did and what they want, goes, even though it is impossible for Car 61 to finish 3rd. But I suppose that when they waited for him to change a tire, that was also correct facts.

As I stated before, you can come up and see, you don't have to get nasty. I have drivers come up all the time and check, they don't have a problem. As a matter of fact the scoresheet you are questioning has been looked at by 3 of the drivers from that race. Not all drivers had there laps in,Only number 11 did therefore you go back to the last lap and in that lap number 61 did in fact come in 3rd. There were only 3 cars to cross over the line and they were numbers 11, 16 and I believe one other car who was a down couple laps. Therefore you go back to the last lap and then it was car 61, 59 and so on. If this does make you happy so sorry, but the fact remain, I do not favor any one of those drivers out there. It was only the week before 61 was black flagged and the week before that, so how do you say there is favortism at the track. If you are a true fan then please come up and I will show you.
Once again Debbie.

I can understand if your down laps that you have to finish behind other cars that actually finish the race. THE POINT HERE IS THAT CAR 61 DID NOT FINISH THE RACE PERIOD. HE NEVER CROSSED THE FINISH LINE. i would like to hear from the drivers who raced in this race and hear what they think about this.

Where are the race results for Sept 10 - they have not been posted on the site? What exactly were the last race results? who finished where? Debbie could you please check and post the results for me, i would appreciate that very much. thanks for your time. i realise that you have a difficult job keeping track of all the cars - but people want to know how Ches can get third when in fact he never even finished. Some lot of drivers must of been down several laps. post the final race results please???

I Will try to do it once again. Thank you to the person who put up the results for me I didn't have the paper work in front of me. There were only three cars to pass over the finish line in that race but there were more cars in the race. Car 11 is the only car that had all his laps in the last lap. Then it was car 16 who was only down 1 lap. Then it was Charlie Crowe, who was down a couple of laps. Then to score the other cars I have to go back to the lap before that. There were 3 other cars who did not cross over the finish line and they were in this order 61, 59 and 93. That is why Ches Got third and why the places were the way they were. You do get credit for the laps you do complete and thats why Charlie Crowe was in last place, even though he past over the finish line. I hope this is more helpful. Also if it is a 20 lap race and you only break down or are in the accident in the last lap that don't mean to say you didn't race you are only down 1 lap and if people who were down more laps than you cross over the line and finish, it doesn't mean they get placed before you.

dont you know that Berns boy (Car 61) always gets credited for something -- no matter what he will always come out with something like waiting for him to change a tire, Bern on the radio saying do one more lap, how Pathetic is that, then when he jumped the restart about 2 car lenghts in front of the other cars, the fans went mad, Bern came on the radio its Ches cole in the lead, but when the 6's came out Greg kept on restarting them, same thing as when they had tech inspections. Car 61 was never teched, but all the other V8's were and made to change fronts etc. No matter what there is always an excuse for Car 61 to finish in the top.

thanks for the explaination Debbie. I am now asking for Jamie Easton car #93 and Charlie Crowe car #77 to please advise me if they feel this scoring system is fair. OR do they feel that since they actually finished the race and Car 61 DID NOT that they should be ahead of him? Please take the time to answer the question driver you can actually solve the problem here and now! Thanks.

It's up to us the drivers to see the rules are inforced. If we got a problem with another car we just put up the protest money and have the car checked.

What makes you think i'm not a driver - lets hear fram car 93 and car 77 please and see what they think. And you know what most of the drivers at Avondale have alot of balls they have to just to race every week and usually they sign their name if they have some important point to make - which leaves me to believe that a DRIVER never responded to my question last time.
