| Hey bern, I heard that I will be losing my points from the first sunday when this stuff started with the $1000.Not my fault Mark's bike broke and he couldn't make it to the track.Protests were supposed to be put in by the driver or rider not mom or dad.And it was kinda late to put the protest in after I won my two races sunday past.The protest should have been put in by the rider who had a problem with it and it should have been done as soon as he got to the track Sunday, not after he lost one and won one and I won two.If there was a problem do it before the race not after when you find out that you are down two points.

| if anything number 19 is right. if he showed up and the rider couldnt come to the finish line and his bike broke and he still showed there on that start line he should not get points takeing away just because the other "family" wants there son to win. its all fun and games and when it comes down to it number 19 was always there and deserves those points.

| NOT FAIR BERN!!! He was given the points because mark's bike broke and he couldn't race. Jimmy was there and ready to go, not he's problem that other ppl didn't show. He did his laps and therefore deserves his points!!...Jimmy has shown up every single sunday yet!..NEVER MISSED!..I think every single other driver missed races!..Either going to bell island or complaining about the track or whatever. Even after jimmy rolled his bike..guess what..next sunday back again!..Now because ppl are trying to protest when they can't because the races for the 2nd sunday were over your gonna let them and take his points!...ARE YOU FOR REAL?? what kind of a way is that to run a track? Take them on the sly..Cause you said that the driver had to complain before the races started..and guess what bern HE DIDN"T!!...So jimmy derserves his points and should continue to keep them!!!!!!

| as long as you finish the race the points should be yours regardless of were you finished the race before . you cannot lose points for a race that has already been run and points won

| Thanks for all the support on this.I had no one to race against and I was told I was to do a time trail and it was scored by the people in the tower.So therefore I should get my points and if I lose my points then I'd like to see who's name is on that protest sheet and a witness to that person signing it.Besides I thought that a protest was supposed to be done before any races started the week after.I raced cars and I tryed it one time but I was told I couldn't do it so why is it that it can be done now???

| Bern did indeed say that Jimmy could have the points if he did the time trial.. I was there and I was watching him do the trial when Jim Chalker came in on the radio and said to give Jimmy the points. Bern did aggree and Mark did go to the races he just couldnt race. I think Jimmy still deserves the points, where he spent the money to get the quad to the track payed to get in and spent money on the gas. What is the point of taking sides with a driver.. I aggree with Jimmy and all of his fans on this one I think this time the right thing should be done and let the man keep his points!

| well the only thing i have to say on this about jimmy is that if billy joe had to get frist in his race and didnt lose any points do u really think he would of had protested about it....well i will tell u NO!!!! it wouldnt of happened....jimmy has been there every week and tryed his best and its finally paying off the only time this guys billy joe showed was when he heard that money was involved and wanted to take the $1000.....jimmy and other drivers at the track including billy joe until his parents got involved just went there to have some fun...i think that jimmy do deserve his points he didnt go there for the money he went there for the fun just like everyone else should be about....not trying to take points from someone who tryed every week even though he never one he still went out....

| if you read the little rules on this page NO WHERE DOES IT SAY HE CANT HAVE THE POINTS.. for you who dont know and werent there he done his trail run and jim chalker gave mark the two minutes and more required for a rider to fix the bike and mark couldnt . then mark didnt race he gave the word to jimmy he didnt have any compition so jim chalker and bern agreed to give jimmy points. this was when this 1000$ and buy and sell compition was started! oh and by the way JIMMY NEVER MISSED ONE DAY, HURT OR NOT!. so theres no cry baby here if anything this track and place will go up sunday if jimmy gushue gets no points that he rightfully deserves for mark not being able to race and him doing his laps and time. he helped keep this track going he done what he could and he went out there for fun not doing the best until now and you all complain his a cry baby! HA you will see sunday all of you will find out!
