| At this point in time, i feel that i have to apologise to not only the moto-cross riders, but also to the fans of the moto cross in avondale. There has been alot of name calling and pointing of fingers in regards to the way races were run and points were given, and the only one that need to get the blame is me! i,m supposed to be the track referee, and co-ordinator, and i was irresponsible in my duties in regards to following the proper AMA guidlines and rules! I was un-aware of alot of things until after the first week of this competition, but since then i have tried my best to make this as fair and honest as possible for all involved!I,ve spent countless hours of reading and scrutinizing of the rules and regulations, which i now know i should have been aware of long ago, and i,m not shifting the blame to anyone else except myself,as it is ultimately my responsibility. and i,m sincerely sorry for the anguish and humiliation that this may have caused certain persons in question! I came into this circuit thinking that i could be able to help it grow and be something for the riders that have participated here, and for the fans that come here every weekend, and to a point i really thought i was doin a good job, but in the past couple of weeks i can see that i haven,t even come close to that, but i promise everyone that i will not let this happen again! I hope that this apology in time can be accepted by all, and that you can try to trust me that i will do my utmost best to make sure it never happens again.
Sincerely; James Chalker Track Co-ordinator & Referee Avondale Speedway, Moto Cross
