| In light of the news that our local MHA has decided to leave provincial politics, it was brought to the attention of this web browser that 3 nominations are also upcoming for our local MHG's (Member of the House of Gatch).
These three seats must be filled by persons of complete drunkingness and the ability to be laughed at continously for periods of total drunken foolishness. They also must have great patience in dealing with the opposion leader: Not No.
Nominations will close Wednesday Jan 3rd and the top 6 canidates will be picked. When nominating please remember to add a line or two as to why they should be nominated.
Voting will then commence on Thursday Jan 4 and continue until Tuesday at 4pm (Newfoundland Standard Time).
The three MHG's will then be announced.

| I'd like to nominate all 3 of the past DOTW's as MHG's [ Trevor Sweater,DTK, and Keith]. I think those guys have proven their loyalty to the gatching game and should be the 1st nominees.
Any errors or ommissions can be directed to Wartsy.
Also ,with the resigning of our MHA, I myself am thinking of throwing my hat in the political ring. Sailor White tried it so why not Wartsy.

| I'll nominate the Capelin. People underestimate the finned one because he swims under the radar, but if ya look closely, he always got a brown one in hand and he is always on location of the closest gatchfest.

| As chief electoral officer, by law, i'm not permitted to nominate a canadate, but, sometimes rules need to be broken.
I think all us are forgetting about one of the brightest gatch house stars, Mr. Brent"Dipper"Sullivan.

| Well, the nominees have been choosen. Due to poor voter turnout we only had two people with 2 nominations and 5 people with one nomination. So, it is only fair that all nominees get to enter the final vote.
Each member of the CEL forum club will get to place one vote for a canadate and will vote for 3 out of the 7 nominees.
