| Therefore there are too many days for everyone to pick from Let's say what are you best two days of the week. Also remember this; someone brought something to my attention. They City will not build us a roof if we’re only play on the rink for a total of 6 or 7 hours a week, this includes kids. I’m going to post the sign up sheet this week, all send out an email informing every one of that.

| With myself organizing the youth league I do have a few suggestions about this matter. The youth league last year played on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings. To avoid conflict with the adult league plus not making our kids feel rushed off the rink, we decided no to play on Thursdays. The adult league is set to play pick up on Tuesdays after the kids finish. Which I feel is another reason there hasn't been many out for pick up on Tuesday because you guys can't start until after 8:30 or so. I feel it is time for a change in the adult schedule. It makes it fair to others in the league for which it is hard to make it to a game that last until 10:30 or so at night. It is also hard on the people that run the park for us. Do you really think they want to stay that late at the park? I suggest that as a whole, adult league and the youth league we work together and set a schedule that will work for both leagues and the park.
I have spoken with Jan at the skate park and she would like to have adult games on Sundays. So, with that the schedule I suggest would be as follows...
Sunday evening - Adult Game (which the park has asked of us)
We could start Sunday games earlier in the day so; we finish and are still able to make it home to go to bed at a descent hour for work the next Monday morning.
Tuesday evening - Youth Practice
Leave Tuesdays for the kids without making them feel rushed when they see adults waiting while they practice. Finish by 8-8:30 and make the Park people happy.
Thursday evening - Adult Pick-up
For the adults that have had games on Thursdays for so long. They can still be able to play and start early and again leave earlier to make the park people happy.
Saturday morning - Youth Game
You guys enjoy your weekend and before some of you have crawled out of bed the youth players are out playing.
I do not see how this couldn't work well for everyone involved; the adults, the youth league and the park. Plus the park has asked the adult league to play on Sundays. For all they do for us, I feel it would be selfish to refuse this small thing that they ask of us.
