| looks pretty much the competitors for the run to the buy and sell cup are determined.in the thunder class its the 63 68 and 86.in the lightning its the 10 24 28 37 65 73 110 117 119 156 also the 120 if he showed on aug 25 think he may need to show next week to qualify.street stock looks like the 26 57 84 looks like the 50 is close but may need to show next sunday to guarantee a spot.in the super stock class its the 5 30 58 59 61 and the 99.thats 22 drivers with a spot and possibly 2 more should make for some good racing down the stretch to crown a track champ.good luck to all drivers and teams.

| add 38 50 66 90.they are in the top 5 in there division for points.check and see if i missed anyone.i have made at least one mistake in my lifetime.

| the cars that are top 5 in points in there class do they still make the run for the cup even though they didnt have 80% attendance.if they do what about the drivers who had 80% attendance or better but finished in 6th to 10th in there class do they get the same points as all the teams that didnt have 80% attendance but qualified because they are top 5 in there division.if you know what i mean can i have a clarfication please.

| the 24 was the dominant car at the start of the year till he had some trouble.the 10 28 110 117 have had good years.if the 24 cant get his car running like he had it at the start of the season i think the 28 jason groves will repeat as the lightning champ for 07.he will have some tuff competition though from the 59 61 and 84 for a repeat of last years cup championship.

| 10 has had a good year but is haveing troble with his cars latley so we will have to wait and see what happens to him his new car (thee green one seems to work but i like the red one i hope he gets it back working for sunday!!! great work the year dave!!

| #10 is having a good year. and so is #65 in lightning. #37 is also doing great especially seeing that he has mises a couple weeks he is in top 5 i beleive. eigher way we are going to have a great competitive chase it seems.

| you need to get on a winning streak and hopefully avoid the bad luck to have a shot at it if your not in the top 3. thats just my opinion.

| if the #1 car and the #66 car tie for the 5th spot in the street stock division do both cars make the run for the cup.just curious because it looks like a tie to me.

| 66 had 296 going into sundays race 1 had 256.the 1 had a fourth in the heat race good for 2 points a second in the main good for 38 points combined thats 40 for the day for the #1 car.256 +40=296.thats a tie i do believe.do both cars make it or the car with the best attendance make it.the more cars in the run for the cup the better.

| maybe they should fix the old 84 and keep the 66 also may need some help in the street stock division to take a run at the cup.looks to me he has a few cars in the class gunning for him. from what i seen sunday at the track.in the first heat looked like at times the 84 was waiting for the other drivers to catch him so he could have a race for the fans to enjoy.if the 3 had to stay running and not have any trouble it would have been a better race.what happened to the 57 he left with the car on the trailer but returned but had trouble in the main.was nice to see orbison back in the 3 car he usually puts on a good show and has a competative car.nice touch with the hat made that kids day.will the 3 be back anymore this year its a long haul from southport.nice looking car to.

| the 66 dont need to have a good car just has to get out there and get in the way of the cars in that class the 84 is competing against.not like that hasnt happened at the track before.heard the dog catcher is coming back any truth to that.says he is putting the mad dog down.ha ha ha.
