| they are laying down a steel plate in the infield.it can be done on a dirt track on the front straight the dirt is packed in very solid no problem to do burn outs.

| All I'm saying is that I think burnout contests are a huge waste of time! And yes, I have seen them live at speedways during intermission!(to me, they WERE the intermission!) But hey, everybody has their own thing and I respect that! Burnout contests just don't happen to be mine! But something good did come out of it! It cured my insomnia!
