| We here at Frosty Balls LLC have no involvement with this particular chiropractor. Although a particular roster member is heavily involved with members of the chiropractor field, we should not jump to any conclusions.
We maintain our position of innocence for our roster player although suspicions arrived over the late arrivals and limited availability over the Fall. Also, the lack of available transportation on gamedays concerned us.
We simply want to go on record stating that we do not support the use or distribution of performance-enhancing drugs.
Thank you.
Long Island chiropractor questioned in steroid probe BY CHRISTINE ARMARIO | January 15, 2008
Newsday
State health investigators have questioned a Long Island chiropractor in recent weeks as part of a probe involving an Orlando-based pharmacy that allegedly supplies illegal steroids, the doctor's attorney said.
Dr. Michael Diamond's name surfaced among files seized by the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, a task force of local, state and federal law enforcement in Orlando, from Signature Pharmacy in February last year, according to his attorney, Robert Macedonio, of Central Islip. The East Patchogue doctor, who works as an anti-aging consultant at a Manhattan health club, was mentioned in client files marked as "VIPs," Macedonio said.
The clients allegedly had steroids or human growth hormones shipped to their addresses from the Florida-based pharmacy, Macedonio said.

| I've been directly informed by our roster player that he has taken the fifth and will not respond to such allegations.

| As the senior member of this team perhaps its time that I speak out. I do not wish
There is an obvious reason for my being able to play at the level I still can despite being 53. I can assure you it is NOT the cocktail mixture of Stokes, Advil, Starbucks Expresso shot, & Red Bull I consume before the games.
Let me tell you what it is and where to get it. I must say to you now that its a dark road, so beware before you take that first step. Its....oh shit, Pizzas here.....gotta go
