| Well, it was a night of some things never change in the CEL.
In the first matchup the Silver Bullets downed the Rebels. The CEL better take notice of the Bullets as they seem to be firing on all cylinders as of late as the CEL prepares for the CFL-like playoffs.
In the latter game, it was the first place Martin and Marie downing the bewildered Atlantic Eavestrough 6-5. After jumping out to 5-0 start, the M&M's were given a fright by the Trough, who,with a depleted lineup, found some heart with a couple of Renegade Rebels and battled back to take the game right down to the final buzzer.

| The lightning are saving it all for the playoffs!! They jumped back like that just to show ye whats in store when it really counts. Dont under estimate the lightning, they will be the champs in 08.
