| Last night saw the Mighty Machine at the top of their game sending the Lightning into teir endless gutter. Led by 3 shorthanded goals, the Machine continued their dominance and left the Lightning scratching their heads. With that being said, there is still one chapter left to write.
Ronnie's Rebels put on a fine show last night and pounded the Silver Bullets until they begged for mercy. They proved that they are a force to be reckoned with. Only time will tell if they got the talent and determination to take down the Mighty Machine.
As for Big Phil, yet another season has passed him by with no chance of raising the Dominion Cup over his head in victory. It's not your fault big guy, as you guys were taken out by a superior team that took no mercy .
As for Harvey, hope ypu are feeling better today.
Anyway, I gotta run and catch up with my training program before the big day rolls around.

| Well Wartsy, its been another fun year of bickering and bantering and unfortunately, as it stands as of now, I'll be leaving my CEL career behind without hoisting the cup.
Congratulations to the two top teams and my the beer flow freely on Saturday!

| Congrats to our fellas for gettin' to the 'ship...unfortunately i might be tangled up with the wrong kinda ship for sat...good luck to the rebels if i don't make it home...make sure to drink an extra beer out of the dominion cup for me after we wins...and take lots of pics

Hey Capelin, you must be on the same junk that old Jack was on while on the water. Take some seasickness tablets and see your doctor because it's gonna be a long time before the Rebels can have that extra beer out of the Dominion Cup. That cup belongs to the Green Machine right now and for the next year as well. Get plenty of rest Capelin and count your lucky stars that you're not facing the Machine on Saturday.

| Wartsy, the closest that you or any of the rest of the peas are gonna get to the cup this year will depend on how close our fellas want to get to your bench as they skate by for a victory lap (fist pumps and all)...don't worry though, if you're on your best behaviour i might send word to the boys to let ya have a good gawk at the glory that ya just lost

| I like your optimism there Capelin but I'll have to warn you that the Machine has been down this road before. If you're lucky, I'll put some pics of yours truly drinking from the cup on facebook so you can cry over them for the rest of your time at sea. The Rebels are a much improved team over the last few weeks but we are still the GREEN MACHINE and we never give up. Your guys will know all about it on Saturday. I'll call the skipper and tell him to take it easy on you Saturday night.
