| Will there be more than 1 heat for the Div 2/3 boys 800m and 1600M races?
If so how will heats be seeded without seed times?

| the heats are not based on times, the people are placed randomly

| umm no, you run against your heat, if you have better competition you can do better, wonder why pro's have rabbits? so they can stick w/ someone and
try to get a better time.

| As the coach of a double champion yesterday, it is imperative in this type of meet to run against the clock. You can not run with the heat in THIS TYPE of meet. What if the pace is slow in your heat, and faster in another?
