| For the record, the Dawgs were 3 time Fall champs: 2001 Suffolk "C"; 2002 Nassau "C", where yours truly pitched a shutout in Game 2 of the semis and then had the game-tying hit in the bottom of the 7th of the deciding game of the finals; and 2003 Nassau "A/B", where, after holding the previously undefeated Hurricanes to 2 runs in the semi's, Coach Freddo inexplicably pulled his ace pitcher in the 5th inning of Game 2 of the finals leading 11-5 and ahead 1-0 in the series, only to lose 12-11 (at least he had the good sense to start him in game 3; 1 run versus Fockers, now Impact).In addition, we were the 2004 Summer Nassau "A/B" champions, after soundly defeating the previously indestructible Comets, and seeing yours truly pull a Rulan Gardner. Please adjust your records accordingly.

| Thank you. I was unaware of the long and glorious history the early Dawgs squads had and their overall impact to Long Island Softball and the human race as we know it. I am certainly suprised Coach Freddo did not mention this to me previously. We will get to the bottom of this and we will just ask you to stay tuned.

| To the CCD's defense, we here in the securities industry tend not to involve matters that are over 5 years old, as per the SEC's decision in Hayden.
However, full and fair disclosure of the Frosty Dawgs merger and all teams' exciting history should indeed be disclosed to the public viewers.
