Clarification of PK:

Any foul occuring inside goal box, or arc, that requires a DIRECT kick.

Ball will be placed on PK mark.
All players except keeper and a kicker will stand at half during kick.
Kicker has one kick, no rebounds.
Restart for no goal will be a goal kick.
