| We need to see a copy of the by-laws which should explain the procedure for nominations and elections.
The league has to have by-laws for the non profit status. I believe its federal and state mandated.

| To Tom McGovern and the other poster who has seem to forgotten their name: Yes we have by-laws. I will assume that this interest you are expressing is because you want to become a part of the government of this league and join us in helping the 400 plus kids in it. We could certainly use more volunteers.
We can't wait to see you guys at ALL of our general meetings coming up next season and I personally am looking forward to your involvement in the governing of this league. If you would like to discuss your future involvement at greater length, I can be reached directly at LMDJRX4@aol.com

| According to the by-laws, the elections are to be held no sooner than Sept 1 and no later than Oct. 31.
