| Our 16U Team had a tough day yesterday. We faced an incredible 17U CT.Starters Team in the first game and we competed through about two-thirds of the game, but they pulled away in the end. We then faced a very tough and long Long Island Lightning team and we were unable to stay with them, however, our kids showed toughness. Unfortunately, we lost Kellie Welsh early in that game to a significant groin or upper thigh pull. We wish Kellie a speedy revovery as she is an important part of our team. We need to keep on pushing and working on defensive effort and teamwork to get back on track. Go Lady Cyclones!!
