| A glorious weather weekend and a glorious basketball tournament. On Saturday our U12 team was matched up against a U14 (9th grade) team from the South Shore of Mass and we lost by only 2 points. We suffered a bit of a let down in the 2nd game and lost to the reigning Mass State Champion Jaguars by 20 points. We bounced back on Sunday and avenged last week's loss by beating the Cape Cod Waves by 10 points. We then battled the Bay State Magic Elite (2nd place finishers in Mass last year) who beat us last weekend and this time we lost in overtime. Although we were 1-3 for the weekend, I can honestly say we played great basketball against excepional teams. Go Lady Cyclones!
