| Ok fellas, Itried going to the gym and doing light jogging. It wasn't happening. I think I need one more week. Im icing it every day, but I'm uselsess if I can't atleast jog somewhere.

| Frosty Management has become dictatorlike. Their is no more freedom of speech, or opinions for yourself. If they dont personally like your point of view, they delete you and reprimand you. It really is like the Obama administration.

I am really looking forward to meeting the new red bat tonight. I have plenty of frustrating issues that will be relieved once I get my hands on that red baby.

| I believe a focused, fired up Frosty lineup was the difference maker last night. Thanks to the 495er pitcher who got the Frosties into the game early. I think Francis should have another microbrew. By the way, late leaving frosties were rewarded with free cases of beer after the game. Tom "the Chair" Frem has taken a commanding lead in the MVP race.
