| The "Teal " team had two very competitive games in New Haven on Saturday. Our first game was a 5 point win over the Stars. It was a game that saw many lead changes in both the first and second half. Down the stretch, in crunch time, the Lady Cyclones were cool and calm as they closed out the game for the win. The second game was the tail of two games. Down by 22 points at half time to a much bigger, stronger, older Mass Frenzy team, I challenged our player to view the second half of the games as a "new" game. They were up to the challenge. Playing with confidents, not seen in the first half, the team had the lead for all but the last minute, falling by 6 points. I think the players learned that they can play with anyone, as long as the believe in themselves.
