| to bad when someone get hit on the track and it is all blamed on one car their was a couple of cars that hit larrys car from where i seen . 116 couldnt get close to car 68 today lol he was the one who was trying to get 68 but he couldnt and larry father and johnny lannon went after lloyd witch he didnt want to fight with anyone but johnny lannon came over by lloyds car and assulted lloyd and his 15 year old daughter so i think it is time for bern to get his act together or shut down the track but he is money crazy

| First of all, this is not a one-time scenario with Lloyd letting his temper get the better of him and trying to get revenge by taking a driver out. I've seen him do the same thing several times over the years. Is Lloyd a good driver? Yes I believe he is HOWEVER his spitey ways is going to get someone severely injured or even worse, God forbid, killed.
Bern has given him way too many chances by turning his head but this can't continue. Lloyd should be banned from the track before someone gets seriously hurt. Both Lloyd and his daughter could use some anger management.
Because of Lloyd Traverse and his sort we have lost many good drivers who won't return to the track because of dirty racing.
And as for the video that someone has showing that Lloyd wasn't responsible, put your money where your mouth is and show us the video. Post it on youtube or something so we can all judge for ourselves!
Too many times the good drivers are "taken out" by the dirty ones who can't take them fair and square.

| I am not justifying the actions of those who were trying to settle things with their fists. However I did see that "innocent" 15 year old you're talking about shove Mr. Carey. She is certainly far from innocent in the whole incident but that does not justify ANYONE being assaulted.
And I must admit I actually found Lloyd's reaction very strange. It is very typical of him to behave like a raging lunatic. I guess today he decided to let his daughter take care of matters for him. I'm impressed that he didn't come out of his car with his fists flailing however I do think he should have gotten out to at least settle his daughter down before things escalated to the point they did.

| I don't believe it is ever Lloyd's intention when he heads out on the track to harm anyone. HOWEVER what I have seen is that several times when Lloyd is tapped either accidentally or not, he becomes infuriated and ALWAYS retaliates by tapping the corner of that driver's bumper and spinning him. I have been at the track almost every Sunday for the past several years, I do know what I'm talking about.

| I may have not seen everything from my side of the track but I do know what I saw. I did see Lloyd's young daughter on the track flipping out, I guess trying to protect her father (understandably TO A POINT), I also did see her run up behind Mr. Carey and shove him as he was walking towards Lloyds car. You must understand his anger, it looked like Lloyd intentially tapped his son Larry and made him roll. If you were a parent you'd understand his anger. And I as a parent would have made damn well sure that my 15 year old daughter was not out on the track in the middle of what went on!

| Seems to me people are getting their facts all jumbled here. I do not believe under any circumstances was it acceptable for anyone to shove that girl. I did say that I was impressed that Lloyd did not get out to fight but believe he should have done something to calm and protect his daughter. She shouldn't have been there. I understand how both her and Mr. Carey were extremely upset and were both trying to pick up for their family. I'm sure it was very scarey for Mr. Carey to watch his son roll and Lloyd's daughter to see people very angry with her father.
The actions of many other people today on that track was redicious and unacceptable.

| My last name is not Lannon, it is Smith. and as I said before, I'm at the track every Sunday for the past several years. I have seen Lloyd loose his temper many times on the track. Actually I was very surprised that he did not react that way today. I commend him for that.
I would like to see some of the video that people are saying they have of the accident. Could someone please post it on Youtube or something so I can see it from another angle. If I have wrongly accused Lloyd of being up to his old tricks, I will admit so here. But I need to see some proof first.

| To the person who posted "Stop fighting" your absolutely right. It is usually a very fun place to be and you're right, flipping and rolling are all a part of it and are accepted as long as it's CLEAN racing. It's when things get dirty tempers flare. Today Paddy Murphy rolled and it was from clean racing. It's unfortunate but those things happen. The problem is sometimes people let their tempers get the best of them on the track and they act before they think and use bad judgement.

| so are you saying if you had a sun , and got flipped on purpose you wouldnt do anything ? and no racing isnt about fliping people ? its for racing , a little pushing is ok. but hitting someone on the back of their bumper to flip them isnt racing , the same thing happend last year with larry and loyyd, the last race for the 200$ loyd had to go and try to flip larry because he cant face the fact that he is a good racer. and avondalespeedway lost aaron hillier and jason groves because of dirty drives always pushing them around , and id say there is alot more too. loyd always does that , if he cant pass them he will try to take them out ? thats not racingg.

I guess like the accident between Larry and Llyod that happened last year, llyod didnt see larry once again, coincidence or not and for the issue of kids being on the track obviously there parents have less sense to have them running wild on the track...they have no business..innocent 15 year old?? There was all men on the track fighting there battles which was probably unnecessary but less necessary for a child to be out trying to stand up for her dad. Where was her mother if her child was getting assaulted????? Everyone is so quick to judge and put everyone down...all the guys racing knows the rush when racing so obviously if out of no where someone hits you totals your car what do you expect the driver to be happy and thank ful for the GOOD hit? I dont think so, smarten up and open your eyes and keep your negative comments and bull to yourself.This was no accident and its quite obvious, and its wonder he wasnt killed out there today...Llyod might be out there to race and not fight because his to coward to face losing, and stand up for what he did. | As for the person who told my daughter Penni to keep her two cents worth to herself, she has a right just as you do to express her opinion. We've been going to the track every sunday for at least the past six years and we've seen a lot of good driving and some dirty driving. Yes Lloyd is a good driver but he has also done his share of dirty business over the years and that's just not right from him or anyone else.
As for the violence that went on, there's NO justification for it. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. Things got way out of hand. And it is continuing here with constant threats being made on this message board. The threats are uncalled for and people need to be careful making such threats or they can be criminally charged. Stop the name calling and the threats please. I think we ALL need to see some video of the events that lead up to the roll over and not base our opinions on emotions. I keep hearing there's all kinds of video proving both sides of the storey. Where is it? I'd like to see it please.
