As the season comes to a close my team’s success resulted from a well balanced recruiting job from RON PATALANO. Ron recruited nearly 70% of this year’s team. His endless traveling from town to town has enabled us to recruit the best. Coaching is easy locating the players is the hard part. With new AAU teams starting up every year the waters are shallow with players. Great season girls.
