| From Veronica Kassab-
Girlies of the Chaldean Community, We are thrilled to announce the First Annual Powder Puff Fundraiser for CFA, and would like to extend an invitation to you to get involved. What is the CFA and why is it important? Chaldean Federation of America (CFA) is a non-profit organization that umbrellas six major Chaldean organizations for advocacy of refugees. What is the event? This will be a GIRLS versus GIRLS, FOOTBALL game. The game will take place in the evening at West Bloomfield High School on Saturday, October 17th. The division of of the two teams will be Woodward! You guessed it, East side versus West side! We will not be playing tackle therefore you do not have to worry about breaking a nail! ? This will be strictly flag football. To play, there will be a fee of $25.00 per player, which includes a customized shirt and donation to the CFA! We will have one practice the week before the game on Saturday, October 10th (Location TBD per team). With the support of the Chaldean Football League (CFL), we will have experienced coaches and referees. We ask that spectators provide a small donation of $5.00 or so to attend. We are expecting a successful turnout with at least a couple hundred spectators attending! Directly after the girls game, the CFL Championship game will begin and we encourage everyone to stay! What are the benefits? You will receive the gratifying feeling of knowing you have just helped support another Chaldean refugee family. Opportunities are limited and the deadline is Friday, September 25th 2009. We know that this event will be a success with the efforts of all young members of the community. How do you get involved? Contact us directly… Veronica Kassab 248-884-8747 VeronicaKassab@aol.com Candace Dickow 248-736-9321 CandaceDickow@gmail.com

| Guys,
The CFL has donated the cost of the field for this game, as well as some coaches for the girls teams- Danny Shaba for the Westside and Eastside (not to be confused with Westside) Tony Atisha. I realize you are all planning on playing for the Chy Cup later that evening, but they could probably use a few more coaches/ referees. Please contact Tony or Diddy if you're interested.
Thanks.
