| Well, it looks as sad on this forum as it did the day Big Phil left the CEL. Not too worry, the orginal BP will make his return to the CEL on December 22nd.Not to fret current CELers(especially Jack), Big Phil will only be in the stands, as he takes on the role of scout for the Cold Lake Rec League. The ol'dog is looking forward to sippin' on a few smoothies as he watches two of his former teams battle it out for Christmas bragging rights. While Big Phil has left a mark with both clubs( remember the slightly altered jerseys?) he will be cheering on the Parsnips as the bitter taste of an blindsided offseason trade from the Green Machine still lingers.
Big Phil only has one question: Is his old writing partner the one and only, the infamous Wartsy out there??????
All the best.
The Orginal BP
P.S. DTK,are you ready???

| Hey Gatchers, Wartsy here again. Well seeing that my long time rival from the CEL will be taking in the event on Dec.22nd, I only see it fair that I come along and cheer on the big powerhouse of the 3-time champions Green Machine. I also have a propsal. Maybe we could take to the bench as coaches to make it a little more interesting. Of course both coaching staffs would be able to sip a little Xmas cheer during the event. If this does happen, I can assure you that Green Machine will be firing on all cylinders for the event or some guys will be riding the pine big time.DTK and Craig are still anchoring that team so I know the drill and the no-nonsense attitude once the skates are laced up. So BP, get on to the commish and see if we can renew our old rivalry. I gotta admit, it's nice to be back on the forum. Hopefully it will be more than myself and the big guy this time. Wartsy GO MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Hey there Wartsy, sorry about the delay but I just got back from a scouting expedition in Sweden for the Cold Lake Rec League. We were trying to get Markus Naslund to come over a be a franchise player but alas he ended up signing with his old buddy and Modo. You win some, you lose some. Getting to the matter at hand, I see your chalenge as the perfect opportunity to breed some new and refreshing air back into the stale air that circulates now in CEL dressing rooms. The right dose of renewing old rivalries is just what is needed. Now that the commish is back from frolicking on the beaches of Florida( Facebook is a great way to track fellas and their latest escapades) maybe he might take note of this offer and reap the beneifits of having the Large One and Warted One behind the benches.
