| *** IMPORTANT Info. regarding next WWKWL event ***
Deadline for pre-registration for the next Mid-Season WWKWL event is Thursday, 01/07/2010 at 5pm Pacific time.
I am sending out this e-mail to one contact person provided me for each WWKWL league team.
The event for 01/10/2010 will be held at:
Sedro-Woolley High School
1235 3rd Street
Sedro-Woolley, WA. 98284
Weigh ins are from 7-8 am sharp ? no late arrivals will be allowed ? make sure your parents are aware of this.
If you are not the contact person for this club, please pass the information to them.
The more wrestlers that you can enter into the tournament by the deadline date/time, Thursday, 01/07/2010 at 5pm, the better.
You can go into the program and add and change data up until 5pm Thursday, 01/07/2010. Anyone who needs to be added after that time, can be added at the event.
You will be logging in as a Statistician. Information will be e-mailed to you on how to log in.
You can register all the wrestlers you want as the ones who do not weigh in will be removed after weigh ins with the click of a button - so more is better than less.
I have imported all the wrestlers who either were 1) pre-registered for the WWKWL PreSeason event held 11/22/2009 or 2) who weighed in for the WWKWL PreSeason event held 11/22/2009 or 3) who weighed in for the WWKWL Mid Season event held 12/20/2009. Please double check that all those wrestlers have imported correctly and show the correct information for birth dates and age groups.
Please enter ALL the information that the program asks for: First Name, Last Name, Group (i.e., PeeWee, Bantam), Team, Date Of Birth, USA Card number.
Enter them into the correct group - the program will NOT validate the birth year so this is very important to check when selecting a group!!!!
PeeWee Born 2004 and after
Bantam Born in 2002 or 2003
Intermediate Born in 2000 or 2001
Novice Born in 1998 or 1999
Schoolboy/girl Born in 1996 or 1997
When you register your wrestlers - PLEASE ENSURE THE GROUP IS CORRECT for the birth year above.
Remember this is a Novice Event for WWKWL teams only.
The birth dates and age groups last year were wrong for over 100 wrestlers at the first event. Please log in and MAKE sure your wrestlers all have the correct age group and birth date so the event starts on time.
