| Gentleman, I have a little bit of bad news. Due to the new baby and living in queens and time constraints. I will not be playing with the Dawgs this summer. I will be back again in the fall, and next year, but for this summer I am playing in an earlier league so that I may get home a little earlier. I'm sure I'll still talk to all of you regularly, and I apologize if I put anybody in a bad position, but I'ts the best thing for me and my family as of right now.Good luck this season and God Bless.

| Unfortunately, the above message is not spam as Frosty Management spent several hours trying to convince the former Frosty Captain to return for one more season.
No one will ever forget his amazing diving catch in the Fall of 2007 that captured all of Long Island by storm in sealing the Frosties only championship season.
His leadership and defensive skills are irreplaceable. However, his offensive skills have diminished over the past few seasons dating back to Summer 2006 when Nicky hit .672. Since then, Nicky's bat has shown terrible signs of slowing down. We left out statistics for 2007 (the year that Nicky lost his freemdom.) Take a look at his stats for the previous two years:
Summer 2008 - .562
Fall 2008 - .543
Summer 2009 - .534
Fall 2009 - .551
We can only hope that Nicky's return to the minors is a short stay. However, we all know how the old story goes. You leave, and you are gone forever. The Frosty family has suffered a big blow with less than two weeks to go in the season. Frosty Management has once again turned to the free agent market in search of replacing Nicky. We will be conducting interviews shortly. All recommendations are welcomed.

| While evil Joe is certainly planning his next move, we would like to extend our thanks to Nicky for all the years of hard work and effort to the Frosty franchise. We also appreciate the two week notice required by all Frosty employees.
As for other matters I cannot get enough of This Obama video. Hilarious.

| Good God! That was terrible! Somewhere in the world Rush Limbaugh and George W. Bush are having a good laugh at that one over an old bottle of scotch.
On another note, we will miss Nick this summer as he tries to adapt to life as a father. Hopefully we will see you in the fall. We all know Nicky loves fall ball.
