| can someone tell me if they heard anything on a new kind of insurance in avondale it is suppose to be that who ever races a stock car has to pay insurance on it can someone tell me if this is true

| You dont have to go on the track to get hurt dingbat.A tire or part could go up in the stands or down in the pits when it comes off a car or up on the bank over on the back stretch.I have seen people on the track when the races are about to start a few times.
