| The U12 / 7th Grade Team went 4-0 this weekend in New Haven. After a slow start in our first game, the girls played a great 2nd half and came back for an exciting 1 point win over the CT Premier Blue. In our second game Saturday the girls played lock down defense in rhe second half, limiting the CBC to only 2 foul shots and turning a close game at half time into an impressive win. On Sunday we played two excellent games beating Team CT 39-24 and the Mass Hoops Jaguars 28-23. All 11 girls on the team contributed to a great weekend. With a lot of hard work and hustle the girls have gone 7-1 over the last two weekends.

| I had the opportunity to watch a few games over the past two weeks and I am very proud of this group of young ladies. What's exciting is the fact that they are young, and we will be able to watch them grow and learn over the next few years! As coach stated, and I observed, the wins are certainly a team effort with every player contributing in some way. Go Lady Cyclone's.
