| Matthew had a very busy schedule in June. He started the month with the schoolboy team duals. The team finished 2nd in freestyle and 9th in greeco. Matthew went 6-2 in freestyle and 7-1 in grecco.
He was then home for a week before going to Western Regionals. At regionals in folkstyle he was 6-2 and finished 5, grecco he was 7-2 and finished 3rd and in freestyle he was 9-1 and finished 2rd.
Next stop was at nationals. He placed 4th in grecco with a 4-2 record and placed 5th in freestyle with a 4-2 record.
For the month he is 43-12. That was some serious mat time.
