| How many of you agree we should rate a referee performance?
That way they feel the pressure to do at least a decent job. They do get paid. It isn't a volunteered job. That way they are not just standing there looking cute. jk
On a serious note. they take away so much from a soccer game when you have a ref who doesn't know what to do..
League is growing.. We need experienced referees NOW.

| We will soon have a new game card. (next sunday season).
There will be a place on the back of the card for manager signature.
We can add a rating column next to it.

that way they do their best, just like players and managers should do their best .
