| First of all, congrats to Green on a great season- they played through injuries, won games with a different lineup almost every week, and were a model of sportsmanship.
Team WHITE-
We battled through many close games, always made plays when we needed them, and always picked each other up from mistakes. We beat two great teams to get to the top to earn this title and CFL immortality on the cup.
Jordan "the Showstopper" Rassam- The first lineman ever taken in the 1st round, and the performance to back that up. Fully dominant on both sides of the ball. You were our MVP.
Timmy Acho- All those INT's are no accident. Primary receiver on Offense, and lock down on D. There is no longer questions on if you're a #1. Looking forward to more of the same the next two years.
Mohawk- Took physical play to the next level this season. Set the tone for our D all year, and came up huge on offense. Great call on that seam in the semi's.
Lance Samona- Quiet intensity. Phenomenal on D all year long (both playing and coaching), covering anyone who lined up on your side. You stepped in when Timmy was gone and did great on offense.
Mike Sesi- You'll be able to look at the trophy and see "ROY" next to your name for 2010. Sickening catch after sickening catch on offense making me look good on some pretty poorly thrown balls. Stepped in on D when I couldn't go and finished strong after a slow start.
Marvin Yeldo- Sniper on those flags. Jumped in at corner when Timmy was gone and did great. Fought through injuries all year without a complaint or a single missed snap.
JR Kizy- One for the thumb!! 5th Championship spaced out over four decades. Amazing. Gave me time to throw all year long and caught everything close to you.
Chris Denha- You promised me that you'd live up to the trade I made for you at the beginning of the year and you did that and more. Two HUGE picks in the playoffs, and you and Jordan tie for "Most Entertaining Players".
Branden Yono- Fought through a brutal injury in week one and made huge plays down the stretch. Has set a CFL record winning the CHY CUP his last four years in the league (2004, 2005, 2009, 2010).
Nelson Brikho- Ultimate teamate, did a great job at center finding open space. Had several huge 3rd down conversions and filled in on D whenever we needed.
Nicky Sarafa- Did great for all the teams he played for this season. Looking forward to seeing him out there as a regular player.
Kenny Koza- Did great in one appearance this season considering it was his first ever flag football game.
We squashed a lot of doubt this season and came out on top. We played for each other all year long, and we hoisted the cup together when it was all over. It was an honor to coach you guys. ALL WHITE EVERYTHING!!! (still not sure what song that's from, but I like it).
