| I cannot believe how you people turned your backs on Chosen 1. I have only recently discovered this website. For the past 2 days, I have went over every single post Chosen 1 posted, as well as those by others, and it is unbelievable the way you people have turned your backs on him. So what if he left and returned many times? The only person who seemed not to was reider. He left a post asking for people to post their opinions of him, and not one person, with the exception of reider, answered. How hard could it be? His comments were very insightful, so much more-so than those by anybody else. He always said he was only having fun, and it appeared that was what he was doing. What did you people want, somebody to post messages degrading and insulting everybody? I have always heard good things about people from Newfoundland, but I see none of it on this message board. You're always whining and complaining about the racing, among other things. You're always saying this guy cheated, not to mention arguing with each other about various topics. Chosen 1 was probably about the only one that didn't. Come to think of it, that was probably the reason he wasn't as liked as he should've been, he didn't whine and cry like the rest of you. Then there's the hockey. I'm not a Habs fan, but the way some of you talked to him about his team was terrible. I didn't see one post where he gloated about Montreal, but he would get razzed and bugged to no end. The worst part was when he defended his team, he'd wind up being, according to you people, the bad guy in the whole deal. Then there's those gay comments from a few years ago. That message he posted where he went off the deep end was awesome. Personally, I thought he was way to easy on you idiots in that post. Also, I would never have apologized. In fact, I apologize for nothing. He was very nice to everybody, but got very little of that kindness in return. What do you expect from a third-world province? It doesn't matter, because it's not like Newfies are really Canadians, anyway. Newfoundland is more like an ugly zit on an otherwise unblemished face. The worst part of it all is when Canada is trying to convince other countries of its beauty, but then having to explain why Newfoundland is part of the country. It sure wasn't my idea. Talk about bringing down the property value. As far as I'm concerned, Newfies are nothing but pieces of shit. There, I said it.

| he or she didn't seem to mind you as much as some others reider. i agree with some of the things he or she says about c1 though. some but not all. i don't agree with his or her newfoundland comments. the biggest mistake i and many others made was not talking to c1 as much as we should have when he was posting. myself i would post messages asking him to return and that kind of thing but hardly ever talking with him on this board. you were terrific with c1 reider. i just wish others myself included were the same. it's like the old saying that you don't realize how good something was until you lose it. sadly that's the case here.

| Chosen 1 was a pretty funny guy. That's ALL he was, though. I can't understand how people could call him the "controversial enigma". He never said anything that was controversial all that much. If he did say anything that people took the wrong way, he'd apologize profusely for it. As for being an enigma, forget it. For those who don't know, an enigma is something that is somewhat of a puzzle, a mystery. He told everyone what part of the world he's from. He told everyone what his hobbies and interests are. He told people alot of things, much more than any "enigma" should. I tell people nothing. I apologize for nothing. I say whatever the hell I feel like saying, and I sure as hell couldn't care less what any of you hicks think. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, meet your REAL "controversial enigma".
