| You can say what you want about Chosen 1. Whether he is liked or disliked is debatable. One thing that is not debatable is the impact he had on this board. The board is really dull without him posting on it. There has been almost no activity for the past few days since he left. I wasn't the biggest C1 fan in the world but at least he would post messages that we could read. Sometimes he posted stuff that ticked people off. Sometimes he posted stuff that actually made us think. The bottom line is that although we didn't always agree or care for what he said, he was never boring. Unlike the way the board is now.

| It would be great to have him on here still. We need all the Habs fans we can get. It actually doesn't matter who he cheers for he is just so damn entertaining. I would enjoy his posts even if he cheered for the Leafs.

| Even my alter-egos know it's boring without me! Know what I think? I think it's boring without those little sparkly things on top of your sundae at Dairy Queen! I always get them on mine! It's also boring without Mr Rogers! Mr R was cool! I also miss those quirky, funny music videos from the 80's! Today's musicians and their videos are too serious! Don't get me wrong, I also like a song and video to be serious when required, but not all the time! Very boring at a hockey game without music during stoppages in play! Not enough cartoon channels show the old classic toons, like Bugs Bunny and gang! As far as I'm concerned, those are the REAL cartoons! Though Sponge Bob is pretty cool!

| Jeez reider, I can never see you doing something like that! Yeah, right! I can't at home games, it wouldn't look right being a goal judge.! I make up for it at times during road games! More fun in the other team's building anyway!

| i will tell you one.i know a guy who was a back up for the goal judge when he didnt show.one night he was doing a game the regular guy didnt show.binghamton rangers vs baby leafs.2-1 score late in 3rd bingo on the pp shot from point hits inside the net refs site is blocked by scrum by net didnt see it go in everybody in the building did no light turned on. play carries on leafs score into empty net.you can imagine what happened next.the guy i know still says to this day he did see it go in.he smiles then dont say anything else about it.he was a season ticket holder for every year the leafs played in st johns.no something he is a silly hab fan to he still wears his lafleur jersey i traded him for 3 tickets to see the baby leafs.

| Well, if he's a Habs fan, you wouldn't think he'd cheat for ANY Leafs team! If he DID cheat, then you gotta figure he's just a homer! I can't see where what NHL team he cheers for has anything to do with his decision! Like I said, he's just a homer! Alot of them around this area are homers as well! I could post all day telling about things that have happened with me during my 20 years of junior A and 13 years of junior B goal judging! Despite all of that(or perhaps BECAUSE of that), I wouldn't want to be anywhere else on game night!
