I decided not to post until I had something good to contribute to the league. Well after watching today's middle game (if that's the word we wanna use for that massacre) I think I do. After week 3, the league needs to follow sunday night football and move to a flex schedule. Zibil (garbage) game of the week played at 8:15 and primetime played at 9:30. I've already got a number of the league's players on board. Let's make it happen people.

P.s. In no way shape or form is this post directed at team blue. Just want to see the game of the week in the primetime slot.

Flex schedule is a stupid idea. I you want to watch the games, get out of bed early and go to the field. If I was on a losing team, u would not want to be the first game every week cause my team was not worthy to play the prime-time game.

a flex schedule doesnt mean the worst record plays the early game nick. its about putting a primetime game that has a story line to it in a primetime slot. red has a shitty record but red vs yellow is an old rivalry dating back to when nate wasnt married. red vs white would have a story line of acho brothers going at it. black vs white would have a storyline of showstopper vs animal. nick dont be so closed minded and old fashion. cfl is changing for the better, rules and things can change that make the league fun. lighten up buddy. we know there probably wont ever be a story line that has u in it but maybe one day it will happen. (dont hold your breath)

The difference between you and me achoe is that I am not out there for people to watch what I do. I am out there for my team and what we do. As long as yellow wins, that is all that matters.

I know all you kids have your little friends come out to watch you play, so if that is what you want, that is fine with me. I still think it is a dumb idea, but you kids need something like this to feel special.

My fans show up when the lights are on.

i dont get how its a bad thing to have friends and family come out and support the league. so should i tell my coach to not bring his wife and kids to the games anymore? or should joey jonna tell his twin boys not to watch him play every sunday? maybe ill tell tuck to tell his wife and kid to stop showing up. or should T-rock tell his daddy shaq to stay home. i dont get what you ment by having the "kids" tell their fans not to come and watch anymore. we're all in the league to win a chy cup mr. nick. maybe one day your fans will show you support more often then once every 6 years when the lights are on (dont hold your breath)

was that a good one nolan?

Nick - The reason for a flex schedule wouldn't be to make the shitty teams play the early game every week. Like Anthony said it's about matchups and storylines that grow throughout each season. For example, I wouldn't mind watching Blue vs Yellow because you have Nolan vs Nate head to head with Karrumi bragging rights on the line.

p.s. there's also a 10:45 game, 6 teams, 3 games....

Nolan - See above. Also, note that if I did talk shit back, people would want to come out and see blue vs white in the primetime slot to see who knocks who's head off. Even though we all know it wouldn't be much of a challenge for me.

p.s. i will kill many persians!

Actually I have played for the cup 3 out of 6 years winning 2. It would have been 4 if t rock didn't trade me.

I understand that you are trying to accommodate for the majority, but there will be some people that get screwed. Like last year, team blue would not have had any middle games and neither would team red. We both sucked and there were no story lines. Green did not have any story lines either unless you count tony dropping balls as a story line.

in the end its gonna work out for everyone. there were plenty of story lines for every team. green had a first year coach first year qb AY(the nate stopper). red had a retard move to iraq to play bball, and a former player make a comeback (nader) blue made a blockbuster trade for 3rd round pick nick ammori (who is that guy?). so all in all its a pretty cool idea and it should be looked into.

Let's be real here guys. It was a good proposal but man j can just never see that happening. What happens when there are multiple story lines on the same day, how do you determine who gets priority? I would hate to aleady have 3 or 4 early games and then they add one or two more.

It's gonna complicate everything and the schedule is what it is.
