| Would be nice to know what motor specifications will be in place under the new management for the 8 cylinder class racing on asphault. Maybe all motors should be a gm crate engine thus doing away with any controversy. This does increase the overall budget but for the 8 cyl class that is not really the issue as it is for the other classes.

| There should still be a choice, crate engine or an engine that follows by the rules, all the rules! Crate engines are affordable, but what happens to the person that already has a built legal engine? Rules and regs need to be posted before 2012 hits.

| If the engines were built leagal they would never have come out with the Crate Engine
