| I hope everyone is training now for the upcoming season. We are about a month away from our first game. Frosties start doing your sprints, hitting the weights and cleaning up those diets. Winners train,Losers complain! A true champion has the eye of the tiger and the heart of a lion. So far Ive seen FREDDO sprinting in the woods of bethpage state park and chopping at a tree stump with an axe as he battles to brin his bat speed up. So men stop hanging out at Main Event eating the wings and make your way to the Ultimate Gym also eat grilled chicken, fish and oatmeal with egg whites. Results will show and teams will be horrified to see us! You can meet me at baseball plus or frozen ropes as I work on my game with a ex pro.

| Ive heard rumblings Frosty Management is in negotiations with Beans with a possible invite to spring training. When do pitchers and catchers report?

| WOOODNESS, Frosty Management entertains the notion of signing Beans every year. Beans has proven to be a valuable Frosty when available. He will forever have a place on the Frosty roster.
As for pitchers and catchers, it appears that the Frosties will roll the dice and make Singh the #1 starter in 2012. Singh began spring training three weeks ago playing in the D fundamental league. Frosties are loaded with catchers this year. Another year older means another pulled quad, hammy, hemroids, etc.
The uncertainty, as is every year, is the mental state of the CCD. Does he bat 4th, will he ever step on. The mound again, will he ever make an appointment with Dr. Troise to resolve his lower back issues? Stay tuned.

| Lets all get together and take some swings and infield drills. Freddo are jerseys gonna be like the Colorado Rockies Sleeveless. I purchased the adidas matchin pants. Lets look like a team.

| BG might be arranging some BP for Saturday, so all Frosties and Frosty affiliates should stay tuned.
As for the new shirts, CC is out in the field examining all the possibilities. Whatever the outcome is, Frem will get his requested sleveless, mesh shirt.
