| What a gorgeous start way to start what's going to be a magical Frosty season! The hitting was excellent, and the fielding did a great job in awful conditions. Kudos to the CCD for weathering his pneumonia and leading the Frosties on the hill in both games. Tom the Chair Frem will be nominated for Island Slowpitch Player of the Week for his electrifying performance (five bombs) at the plate. BOBBY! BOBBY! Frosties newcomer Bobby V had a wonderful Frosty debut as well. The two wins puts the Frosties in sole possession of first place. Duffy's fell to 1-3. Excel Aire is 1-1, and TJ Finleys is 0-0. Finley's plays Excel Aire tomorrow night.
Farrell's has dropped out of the league due to internal player problems, so the league has issued, yet again, a new schedule. The CCD will be amending the Frosty schedule this week.
Frosty Management has confirmed that Boom Boom Bruno performed magically as well in his bowling league as his team won first place. Boom Boom bowled a 246, 217, and 224, respectively. Boom Boom looks to re-unite with the Frosted ones next week at Firemens against Excel Aire. This will be a heated battle!
