| heard there's not going to be a dirt track at AVS anymore. apparently the new owner gave up on the idea, doesn't want to deal with all the crap that goes on out there.

| Crap goes on at every race track dirt or pavement not only here but everywhere there is competative racing.everybody likes to win and give there all.that goes for any kind of sport event.read some of the post on the tvs site guestbook only one week into the season and the whining is all ready started.

| people are always going to complain when they get involved in a wreck, there fault or not. AVS has been run with no rules or concequenses for several years now, the drivers out there think they can "run what ya brung", that's the crap I was talking about. TVS is run like a real race track, cars are inspected, rules are enforced, and guess what, all the drivers agree with it, even the former AVS drivers.

| Rules even the playing field, and most drivers like that. There are always some who don't, usually the ones with the big budgets who spend $$$ to win. TVS seems to be on the right track, inspection of safety features on all cars before the race, and top three cars inspected for performance rules after the race. I wathced the winner of the V8s drive off the track from his victory lap directley onto a set of scales and underwent a inspection.
