| tvs is all right for the ones that got lots of $$$ i cant go and spend 200 on gas alone each week time to get avs opened or at least let us drivers know when

| maybe you should think about another hobby then because racing is costly.rumour there will be a competiton involving both tracks.so if you want to be able to be competative in the points race or for money you may have to attend races at both tracks.just a rumour.

| If your concerned about gas money to get to the track I suggest you get another hobby, or get some sponsor money to help out. There's nothing cheap about racing. Looks like a series between both tracks is going to happen, hopefully. Not enough cars on the island to keep two asphalt tracks open, and since the same guy owns both tracks it would be in his best interest to keep both tracks open.

| its one thing to spend $50 in gas to go to avs and another thing to spend $200 to go to tvs i am only into it for fun i dont make no big money to be able to spend $400 plus each weekend i love to race but to have to drive 8 hours and spend all that money when there is a track a half hour away that we were told at the meetings was going to open 2 weeks to a month ago is just not good business in my eyes. if you are going to say a date in a meeting stick to it or at least post something in regards to a update. last update was on the 19th of june almost a mounth and a half ago and it says there that there will be a update in a few days time for the new owner to get his act in gear this is more like what the old owner ran it like

| Have you tried getting in touch with the organizers??????? If not stop whining. Take a look at the pics of the track, it's not something that can be done overnight, and like any construction job there are going to be delays. The people that have taken over the tracks are doing an excellent job at organizing and running events at TVS. I'm pretty sure they are not just delaying it for a laugh, the guy is spending over 5 million bucks at AVS, alot of money for a private business man.
Like I said before, I think it's time for you to get a new hobby! This is not a cheap sport, and there are alot of people that are willing to travel to TVS for racing.

| i have e-mailed the new owners twice now and cant get a answer to any of me qustions. as for many of us drivers and fans all we are looking for is a update that shouldnt be to much to ask

| Like the driver just said, they didn't e-mail him back. Yes there is going to be fuck ups with construction, nothing goes as plan. They could give us a update once in awhile. Some people cant afford to drive and keep up there cars like some other people. All everyone is wondering if or will the track be opened. Yes the money he is spending is a lot, and the time hes putting into it. Everything takes time we all know that, but when they say it will be opened by this date and its not that's fine it takes time we get it, Just give us a update that's all we want!

| if you cant afford to keep your car up as you say.you wont even get on the new track at avs.because if they enforce the rules and tech inspections like they do at tvs you wont pass the inspections.not going to be a mickey mouse operation like past years at avs.big plans for this new track not red neck racing.

| my car is up to rules i put a lot of time into it to do so dont mind spending the money to do so just dont want to waste so much more money and time just to drive out to tvs got to keep myself on bit of a budget

| bye's if you can't afford to go racing it's simple.......don't. There's lots of people out there that don't do alot of things because they can't afford it, me being one of them. But don't come on here complaining about gas money to get to the track, it's not the organizers responsibility to cater to you because you can't afford it. There's lots of drivers travelling 3-4 hours to get to thundervalley, and when avondale opens it will be the same thing.

| To all the fan's.Car 58 is not scrapped and will not be scrapped.The car,Cyril and Team are race ready.The problem is we and the other teams are ready for dirt racing and still do not know when the track will be open.No we do not have a pavement car.Cyril drove one of Paddy Squires legend cars.But if anyone wants to buy or give us a pavement car,we will certainly take it.Hope to see you all soon in Avondale.Enjoy the great summer.Team 58.
