| I bought a 300 ft measuring tape so we can be consistent with the cones from now on. The field seemed a little narrow last week. That could have been part of the reason why we beat the dog shit out of Blue so bad. They couldn't use their speed.
If you are responsible for setting up the field please follow the text below that I pulled from the rules section of the www.chaldeanfootball.com website.
THE FIELD
DIMENSIONS - The game shall be played upon a rectangular field which measures 100 yards in length. This will include an 80 yard playing field and two 10 yard end zones. The width of the field shall be 41 yards and one foot or "exactly 12 yards in from the sideline."
MARKINGS - First down markers are positioned in set locations every 20 yards. First downs are only achieved by crossing these markers.
After reading the part in quotes, it appears we don't need a 300 ft tape.
