I agree, trades like this should not be allowed to happen. This is not a garbage shenandoah basketball league where shit like this happens. This ruins the integrity of a league we all love.

P.S. Roger Goodell would not have let this happen! David Stern did not let this happen (see new orleans trade of chris paul to lakers that was vetoed). Derek D?????

Pipe down children, black is no more a threat to win it all than blue is.

Don't disrespect my boy John Sesi either, a member of the all underrated and all underappreciated team.

Fact 1, the coaches never call me to authorize a trade.
Fact 2, the current rule is one (neutral) coach must agree to a trade among two (or three) coaches in any trade.
Fact 3, we will revisit this dick rule in 2013 (consider Nolan for JR) "ok shuck, how can Joe Jonna (pronounced Jun-nah) get that deal? To me, in my opinion, he's the master shuck. Give me Nolan for JR and brashed baba we are winning every time guaranteed. Huh? I know, I know, unbelievable shuck. Ok I dropped the ball, you won - that happens shuck, but Nolan for JR? Go to sleep!"
Fact 4, Nolan coaching this year was not a great idea for Blue and for the league. Chris Zeer returned healthy and requested Blue back, but the coaches opposed.
Fact 5, I have respect for the way Nolan has led his team - always playing the CFL way. His commitment to the league can never be questioned.
Fact 6, Anthony Acho - how does no one bring this up? To use the word disappointment would be an understatement.
Fact 7, losing J Orow is a bad transaction for Green.
Fact 8, there are garbage cans on the field to throw your gum, tape, cups, bottles, etc in. Clean up after yourself.
Fact 9, I am a fan of the flex schedule.
Fact 10, Amer is in Chicago.
Fact 11, I will beat anyone in league in the beep test for $100.

Come on hawk I expected more outta you than to whine an complain about some meaningless trade.

You forget Joey "cheater" (per nate) jonna "got Brandon yono for nothing last year, how can that happen?!?!?!" Nate. Where were you to complain last year?

I take exception to anyone saying that the league is garbage (even my star LB/ WR Mohawk). I hear players and coaches react to things that happen by saying "this league is turning to garbage". It always makes me laugh because i'm never certain what they are comparing it to when they say that. There have always been coaches that have bad years and make bad trades. But funny things happen...

- The year I traded JR for Nolan, Red (with JR at QB) was one dropped pass away from beating us in the first round of the playoffs.
- The next season we played a LOADED Yellow team who similar to this year's Red team got much much better via trade. They had Tarik, Tony, Tyson, Norm, Chris Zeer, Shuck, and Saber- but we got a few breaks and beat them.
- The following year we were undefeated going into the championship game and Black slapped us right in the face taking away an undefeated season and historical 3 peat.
- Even Boomer's Blue dynasty with Shuck and Russ in their primes (best QB/ WR combo in league history... downright dominant) got stunned in a championship game to Kizy's Orange squad.

The point is that these deals happen year after year and in the end, it really doesn't matter. Anyone can be beat on any given day. In the end coaching comes down to wins and losses (as it should), but there are down years. We've all been through it. The important thing is that a coach shows up every week and does whatever he can to give his team a shot to win.

Even if Tarik kicked his last round player off the team then traded Jon Sesi (2nd to last pick) for a 1st round pick, no one is going to hand them a championship.

Anthony's team goes 7 deep with legit 2 way players, but they still have to come together and peak at the right time. Games are not won on paper or according to AT White would have been 0-20 the last two years.

I know for a fact that Tony will be in the mix. And trust me when I tell you that Yellow is the most dangerous 1-4 team maybe ever with that dickhead Nate at QB.

So next time you want to call the league garbage, think twice. These trades are one of a million things that make the league great. It was great, is great, and will continue to be great!

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON IN THIS GARBAGE LEAGUE!!

When I first read this post this morning while sitting on my toilet taking a pre game shit (which i do every single week, that's why i'm always late), I said "hey, let me hold off responding until after the game so that I could prevent having to eat my words. But, since I came correct today, and helped team Blue get a win, I'm going to speak up.

Joey K, thanks for your kind words brother! I like to think I am underrated and under-appreciated as well. I've been in this league for 8 seasons and not ONE coach gave me a shot at receiver until I got traded to Blue this year (thanks Nolan!). I've also been drafted 7th-8th every season, WTF is up with that??? Also, I can proudly admit that I'm no super star in this league (if you think you're a super star in the first place, you're an ufty because this is flag football, not the fuckin NFL), but I do play hard every game and provide my team with sound defense JUST about every game. So therefore, I feel I'm an asset to every team I've played for.

Nick and Lance, thank you for your disrespect in calling this trade LOP SIDED. And, I thank you because you two helped me turn that disrespect into encouragement, hence my reason for playing pretty good today.

Nick, you aren't good enough to go around calling trades lop sided bro. 75-80% of the balls you catch are because Joey J is an EXCELLENT QB and he puts the ball right on the spot almost always. But I still got respect for you bro.

Lance, like Eazy-E said to Dr. Dre in "Real Muthafuckin G's", "you're only 60 pounds when you're wet and wearing boots." You have even LESS of a privilege than Nick to call this trade lop sided. But i still got respect for you too bro.

If I were Tony and Joey J, you would BOTH be suspended for 1 game for calling this league garbage. I, as well as many others, look forward to this league EVERY YEAR, and no matter if my team's season was a winning one or losing one, I would NEVER call this league garbage. You should be ashamed of yourselves, lol.

And last, to team Blue, great job today. I am happy to be a part of this team. Lets get em next week.....5 STRAIGHT 5 STRAIGHT 5 STRAIGHT!!!

Thank you and have a wonderful week.

#1. My post had nothing to do with disrespecting you or the player you are. You're a good player and Ive never said anything different. My statement was based on the reasoning behind the trade and what was given up. Again no disrespect to you but I don't believe blue did that trade to get better and there were other trades that almost went down that made no sesne also. I don't think I'm a superstar and if I got traded for someone better than me straight Up I'd be saying the same thing.

#2. I never said this league is garbage. If you read my post I said this is NOT a garbage league.

I'm glad the thread motivated you tho. Good win today blue!

John, my post was not to disrespect you at all! I dont need to tell you what kinda player you are, your proved it sunday in helping blue to there first victory. AT may of helped you guys out a little bit lol but thats a whole nother thing. But that being said, the trade was very lop sided and anyone that says anything different is blind. Im not the only one saying it brother but it is what it is. If i was black there is no way i wouldve passed up on that trade. Theres a reason why coaches are getting calls from other coaches trying to trade there whole teams away, all of them being lop sided trades, not just this one. But i believe this leagues is the BEST league around and they will address the issue and fix it for next year. GO WHITE!!!!

Great job yesterday TEAM BLUE!

And now to the garbage

The league has been too strong for too long for one, two, five years to make it garbage. The league is not garbage, we have some garbage players is all. Players that feel they are above the league, players that want to have wins handed to them on a platter because they feel they are owed it. The CFL owes you nothing for showing up or putting your name in a draft, you get no respect from the CFL for being drafted higher than the next guy. The CFL will treat you like you treat it. Respect it and you will get respect. You can wake up and look at yourself in the mirror and think, "man I'm the best thing that ever happen to the CFL", show up to the game when you feel like it, score touchdowns and pull some flags, but none of that means shit if you aren't shit. After your playing days are done and your name is on the trophy... Will people look back and say "it was an honor playing with him" or will they say "he was such a selfish bitch"? Which are you going to be? Never forget, playing in the CFL is a privilege and you have that privilege, don't take it for granted, cherish it.

The CFL is the greatest league my skill level would ever let me be a part of and for that I'm proud!

So save your shout outs and get that man a patch or something.
