the best way to break a press is to use a system called numbers middle screen meaning if they run a 2-1-2 press use an inbounds play with a 2-3 set and screen the middle, ,,,this works against any press
press break principals
1 pass to break a press
2 do not go into corners
3 use a big for screen the fwd to inbound the ball
