| Games like Saturday Night make me realize why this League is second to NONE. That was another classic Chy Cup Championship under the lights and I thank God we were on the right side of it. As elated as you feel when you win the cup, you're equally as devastated when you lose the cup.
Team White you guys played your asses off, which is no surprise considering the caliber of players you guys had on your team and your signal caller and leader, Joey Jonna, who happens to be one of the greatest players in this league's rich history, but the better team did win.
Team Blue: I can't even begin to tell you guys how proud of you guys I am and how much I love this team. From week 1 to the Cup, we showed we were the best team. We dominated this year boys. I am not gloating, but the numbers speak for themselves. We won a total of 9 games ALL by double digits and we lost 2 games by a COMBINED 7 points (and we avenged both of those losses). The beautiful part about it is that we did it TOGETHER as a TEAM the whole way. We went through times of adversity, but we stuck together and played for each other. There is nothing more special than that.
JO: Our fearless leader and coach, you're a bad man. I told you from before the draft if you and me get together the league is in trouble and we made it happen in our first year. I can't believe the coaches let two of the top 5 players in the league link up, but that's their problem now. You got the heart of a warrior my boy and I will go into battle with you any time. We're gonna have a DYNASTY when it's all said and done.
MS "The Kid" LeFleur (My Son): There have been three times since I've known you where you promised me you would not make me regret having you on my squad and ALL three times you have come through for me and helped me lift that CUP. You made me look like a genius with your MVP performance. You are the Man and this one makes Three cups for us out of four years. We got our eyes set on another couple.
Mazen: My sleeper pick. Another guy that made me look like a genius. I had no doubts you would come into this league and ball from day one. You're a ball player after all. You made plays all year long and you're only gonna get better and better at this type of football. With Justin, Mike, You, and myself, we make one of the most formidable core of guys this league has seen. Lookin forward to the next couple of years.
Lance: AKA "The Professor" AKA "Sticky Fingers."
One of the smartest players I have ever played with. I never worry about the D when I got you out there. I know you always are gonna have us one step ahead of the other team like we were all year. And your knack for making the big INT is second to none. You had the biggest one of the year Saturday night. Like Mike, this is our third cup in four years. That's a special thing. Lookin forward to extending that streak with you my boy.
Peter: My boy I have watched you grow into a fine player over the last couple years, but this year Man you had your coming out party. You were a crucial piece for this team all year long and are a great kid to boot. The last three years I have had the pleasure of playing with the best LB in this league, Nick "Mohawk" Hermiz. This year you put yourself in that same category my boy and you're only gonna get better and better.
Derek P: I always knew when I rushed against you in the past it was going to be a full days work. That is why when we had the chance to get you on our squad I wanted to move heaven and earth to make it happen. You are a beast my boy. We locked it down on the line this year and I am honored to have my name on the cup with yours.
Steve: Stevie between Football and Basketball I have lost count of the number of championships we have together. I know this our second Cup rushing together. You were unreal all year rushing and getting pressure with me. One of the most exceptional things you did all year was Saturday night when Justin went down. Lost in all the commotion was the job you did stepping in at center on that last drive. That was not an easy thing to do but you did it like Champ that you are big bro.
Derek D: Doubles you are a consummate team guy, which is why it is no surprise that you've won 6 Cups. No matter where we put you, you stepped in and played your ass off and made plays. I've had the opportunity to win 2 cups with you and I will take you on my squad any day of the week.
AT: Last, but certainly not least, AT. You my friend are a Fucking LEGEND (excuse my language, but I had to accentuate that). If you told me to run through a wall I'd do it twice. I will play alongside you any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I have been playing football for 20 years of my life, and in those 20 years I have never seen anything like I saw on Saturday night. The way you stepped in and closed that game out for us was the stuff of LEGENDS. You played out of your mind for us all year and shined the brightest on the biggest stage. You are an exemplary example of what this league is about. Love you man, thanks for everything this year. Get ready for next year!!!
Like I said earlier, this League is like no other league out there. Another phenomenal season in the books for the CFL. This is a special league and has been going strong for 32 years, and it is ALL OF OUR responsibilities to keep it going another 32 years. I love all you guys. I can't contain myself waiting for next year.

| It was a pleasure to play with you those 3 seasons, and you deserve one of these too:
Jordan - They don't call you the Showstopper for nothing. You make life at corner a lot easier, constantly wreaking havoc in the backfield, and allowing us to cheat and take risks in the secondary. We can always count on you to show up for the big game and every other game during the season. The most dominant rusher in the CFL and the X weapon on offense!
