I am posing three important questions to student athletes for the 2014/2015 school year:
1) What do you want to accomplish this 2014/2015 season?
2) Are your specific goals in alignment with the amount of effort you are willing to put forward to accomplish those goals for the 2014/2015 school year?
3) Finally as always I ask:
"What are you doing in the preseason to prepare yourself to achieve those goals?"
