"Speed is what drives everything"
Arm speed, Leg speed, Bat speed.
CS Elite baseball Academy is here to help every player develop and maintain their strength through the course of his season. CS Elite has a proven speed & strength training system that gets results and has made an impact on many young athletes as well as HS, College, and professional careers. We invite all 14u players to come out to get evaluated and see where they stand among all other 14u players. We will be evaluating all 14u players for our 2015 select travel team.
