| Five Tool Baseball is launching our December "Load and Explode" Hitting Clinic!
We are now right in the midst of the off-season training season and this is a great way to keep your young player sharp and to refine certain hitting skills under the guidance of a professional hitting instructor. The "Load and Explode" clinic will focus on the fundamentals of hitting including: proper foundation, balance, hip explosion, grip, swing path, hand extension, follow-through, and much more. Through tee work, soft toss, front toss, live batting practice and other drill work, hitters will practice the fundamentals each session.
Similar to our November clinic, the December "Load and Explode" clinic will be a 6 session clinic (2 nights per week) running 3 consecutive weeks ending the week before Christmas. The clinic will be broken down into 2 age groups:
Ages 8-10
Monday evenings (12/01 - 12/15) - 7:00pm-8:00pm
Wednesday evenings (12/03 - 12/17) - 6:00-7:00pm
Ages 11-14
Wednesday evenings (12/03 - 12/17) - 7:00pm-8:00pm
Friday evenings (12/05 - 12/19) - 7:00pm-8:00pm
Each age group will be limited to 6 players. The November clinic filled up fast so reserve your spot today!
The cost for the entire "Load and Explode" clinic is only $150 (only $25 per session)!
