Enjoying rest and recovery while maintaining and developing skill and conditioning is an important balance when preparing for the spring baseball season. Whether you want a tune-up before tryouts, or a comprehensive off season program, Zone Four has a program for you. (Starts 12/5. Off Holidays)
Winter Hitting Camps ($30) - 12/29 5:30-7:30 or 12/30 6:30-8:30
Winter Pitching Camps ($30) - 12/29 7:30-8:30 or 12/30 5:30-6:30
Walk-in Power Hitter Club ($20) - Thursdays and Fridays 6:30-7:30
Walk-in Strength and Conditioning ($15) (Attend PHC and S&C for $25) - Thursdays 7:30-8:30
