Check In at 8am
Your player will be evaluated on the following:
* 60 time
* Throwing Velocity: Infield and/or Outfield
* Pitching Velocity
* Catching Pop-Time
* Home to 1st times
* 2 rounds of 5 pitches: Batting
After all scores are ranked, a selected group of All-Stars will be asked to participate in a controlled scrimmage.
College Coaches will evaluate players and give suggestions to players of things to improve.

Texas High School Baseball Recruiter is a recruiting program started by Texas native, James Bills. James is a former pitching coach for Huston-Tillotson University. As a program director for the University of Baseball in Austin, TX James works to place players in college.
